The LHDG will be hosting an all-day even this September. This event provides an opportunity for HD families, friends, health care providers and medical personnel to come together. Those who have helped make this event possible include:

All registration information will be handled confidentially. No information will be used by the Lowcountry HD Group or released to others without your written permission.
Registration Fees: (Includes continental breakfast and lunch). Limited financial assistance is available. Contact Sandra Freyermuth at: sandrasfrey@aol.com.
$20 per HD family/friend group or HD individual. Those with HD are strongly advised to attend with a friend or relative.
$20 per nursing home or home health care staff member
There will be a fee of $20.00 in addition to the $20.00 registration fee for all those who wish to earn CME hours.
